The tutorials tell me to download the practice file. Where do you download the files?

Every bit of support I found just takes me back to this page:

https://www.adobe.com/products/xd/learn/get-started.html

 

The videos tell you to download a file before you start. There is no link anywhere to download the files. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
