There's an error in the order of layers.

The top layer on the layer panel is not actually at the top.

I think the 3D transformation tool is causing an error.

This is because the layer located above the original top is a layer made of 3D modified tools.

It was the same when I deleted the XD program and pasted it back to another file.

Is there a way to solve it?

Do you mean that you delete object or component when you mention "deleted the XD program"?

I deleted the XD program and reinstalled it to open the file.

I haven't tried to delete any object or component.
