This code has been redeemed

I just bought my asus a week ago. The laptop comes with an offer 3-month membership of adobe creative cloud. I have redeemed the code to take that offer once. Yesterday my laptop had some problems so i tried recovering the window and redeemed the code after that. When i redeemed the code it said that this code has

already been redeemed. I tried to find help on adobe help center but there is no detail solution for my problem. I couldnt find any real help from a person or an email to contact to adobe support.
