This document was saved with a more recent version of Adobe XD

Question

Hi, with a friend we were working together to an interface on Adobe XD as a shared file.

One day, I tried to open a file and it said that this document was saved with a more advenced version and I can't open it. My version is up to date when I check creative cloud, this is really anoying do you have any clue about that ?

Hi there,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. This error generally occurs if the XD version is not up to date. Please ensure that you have the latest version which is 41.0.12. If that's not the version showing at your end, please try re-installing XD or you can try the suggestions shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html and let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.
