Hello everyone - I really need to share my XD documents out but I get the error message "This feature isn’t available because your organization has disabled sharing." I have a private licence and I can't find where to enable sharing again - unsure how i disabled it in the first place 😞

    Thank you for being patient. It looks like the issue seems to be fixed with XD 55.1. Could you please update XD to the latest version and let us know if that works now?

     واجهتني هذه المشكلة من قبل فمت بالضغط على تبويب
    "help" ثم "sign in"
    وسجلت الدخول في موقع Adobe
    فحلت المشكلة فوراً

    Thank you for reaching out. I checked your account, and it looks like you're on an individual subscription. I assume you're experiencing a similar issue mentioned here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/can-anybody-tell-why-i-can-t-use-the-quot-share-quot-in-adobe-xd-cc/m-p/13298116#M67302.

     

    If yes, then this is a known issue, and the team is investigating it. As a workaround, could you please try signing out of XD, Creative Cloud Desktop app, restarting the machine, and then signing back in? 

     

    Let us know if that works for you. We'll keep you posted on the bug.

    Ask your admin to change setting for sharing (permission). IMHO that is the reason.
