Dear Adobe Team,

I am having this issue about the versions. Before i left home i downloaded the latest version on macbook and opened the cloud documents without a problem.

I am trying now to open the cloud documents and i get this message about the versions, bot imac and macbook were on the same version, the latest.

What could i do to resolve this issue ?

    Hi Greg,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure that XD is updated to the latest version which is 35.3. If that's not the version showing at your end, please re-install XD and let us know if it works or if you need any further assistance.
