Tilt wheel changes opacity (do not change opacity when type some number)

When I use tilt wheel of my mouse, opacity of an object often changes to 44% or 66%.

I guess this problem occcur because my mouse is sending number '4' or '6'.

So is there any way to disable changing opacity when XD is sent any number?
