Transfer files from the former employee's account

If you can access the file, you can transfer the asset manually by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html. If you're unable to access the files from the business profile, you can ask the Admin to reclaim the asset for you by following the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/asset-reclamation.html
