Transfer Work to Account with License

Hello, 

sorry if this is a stupid question, but I can’t seem to find an answer. I used my personal account that uses the free version of Adobe XD to create items, but I need to transfer them to my account that has the extended license. My question is, can I simply copy the work I did and paste it once I'm logged into my other account or would I have to recreate all of the items manually on my other account? I'm unfortunately not very familiar with how licenses work or other legal issues regarding Adobe. 

Basically what I need to know is if it is legal to transfer the work I did on my personal account to the account that has a license?
