Transfert adobe xd files from a profil to another one ?

Hello !

 

I am getting a problem at work with my adobe profil.

My company created a new profil into my Adobe account but all my professional files are linked to my 1st profil "personal profil".

1 week ago, my "personal profil" asks me to update billing method before 14th november. I feel like I will lose access to my work.

 

Is to possible to make a transfert between profiles?

I appreciate you contacting out. Files cannot be transferred from one ID to another, sadly. You can download the files and share them locally as a workaround. However, it will break every connection to the page. Therefore you must add new links in each of the sites where you share the link.

 

I know that this is more complicated than it appears, and the team is already aware of this concern.

 

The UserVoice page has seen a similar request; please submit your feedback and upvote the request. 

 

I will also pass on your feedback to the team to make improvements.
