Question

Transition bugs

I'm new to Adobe XD and while I try to test an interface, I get some weird animation between the origin button (1st one on the left) and any of the destinarion buttons (2nd and 3rd), and vice versa. You can see how the text somehow fades from the top left and appears from the bottom right.

I checked all the layers and the transition effects, and it works perfectly fine in another artboard that has a different dimension. What could be the problem? Here's a GIF of the problem:

And here's a video of what happens:

Hi Ciezasga,

That's strange behavior. If you are unable to replicate it on another artboard. Is it possible for you to copy this design from the prototype mode so that all the wires are also copied and then paste it into a new file and see if it works on a new file?

We will try our best to help.

Thanks,

Harshika

Thank you for your reply. Apparently, it happened because I had used this component from another artboart (with different dimensions), and dragged it to the other artboart shown in the GIF.

Could you let me know how I can prevent this from happening? I had to de-group the component, group it again, make it a component and animate it again. This is clearly not the most optimal solution, so I would like to know if this weird animation can be prevented?
