Trouble with internet connection

When I start the adobe xd I got this:

But I am connected to the internet and authorized in adobe creative cloud.

What to do?

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please share us the logs using the log collector tool here so that we can see what is happening in your system- How to use the Creative Cloud Log Collector tool

Meanwhile, once you collect logs please try signing out from Creative Cloud and signing in again to see if that resolves the issue. Also, the ultimate thing I would ask you to do will be to restart the system and then check.

Please help. We got same trouble and then tried Log Collector.

"Unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." and again, again...

We are already working on the project. Need XD.

Can you try enabling the credential manager on your computer How to enable in windows 7 credential manager  and let us know if it helped?
