Trying To Get Adobe XD to Work

I own and run a Dell Inspiron 15 3510 that incorporates an Intel ® UHD Graphics 605 card. I even upgraded the RAM in the system from 16GB to 32GB. Ever since I began to use Adobe XD it always took me more than one attempt to start it up, usually several times. Now, it just shows the logo then doesn’t start up at all. I already attempted to uninstall then re-install, but to no avail. How do I rectify this problem?
