Question

Trying to publish a link, but it says I'm disconnected?

When I create or try to update a link, it fails and gives me an error state that reads "You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again. My internet is over 700mbps and everything else works fine. 

 

I've tried the following already:

- Logging out of CCD

- Uninstalling XD

- Force quitting CCD via Activity Monitor

- Deleting old published links from my account

 

This has been happening for WEEKS now, and I have no consistent way of solving it. All my above tactics have stopped working.

    I have also had this error over and over again. It is very frustrating. Has there been any resolution to this issues?

    Not yet--I have another open request with CCD support. They recommend downloading their Log Collector to help with diagnosis, but I ran into an error with this as well: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
