Type tool is a headache to use with basic common tasks, primitive and unintuitive.

No matter what I'll do, I always end stressed clicking and clicking, randomly creating empty text boxes over other ones I need to edit! It's an absolutelly mess to edit text. Even, to switch "text tool" to "select tool" is harming, I end absolutelly angry hitting and hitting the scape key, clicking the "V" shortkey to turn it to pointer... only to find I've overwritten my text by a "V".

Text tool is unintuitive, needs dozens of clicks and scape keys to get something selected, half of times, unpredictively. Worst of all... you can't create a minimum complex text box, can't copy text styles, can't add different line-heights, and an essential glyph and tabulation tool is missing.

As usual, XD usability has nothing to do with anyelse in Adobe echosystem, so for a daily basis Illustrator user, is almost impossible to adapt to XD mind framework.
