UI design Why are the colors different when we add it into our app?

Hi guys,

We have a UI design in Xd, but when we add the color codes into our software for the UI design, the colors come out differently than the actual XD design. Does anyone know why and what to do to fix it, so that the XD color codes are exactly the same in the app interface?
