Unable to able export prototypes from XD from enterprise account.

As an enterprise user who's organization has blocked cloud services, we were previously able to export our prototypes as HTML files and then host them ourselves on our own servers. As of the most recent update this functionality no longer exists and is instead asking me to create a link (as if I were a user with cloud access). Was this functionality removed on purpose or is it a bug with this version? Example of what I used to see is attached below. Unfortunately this kills my workflow as I'm not able to host our prototypes and share them with clients.
