Unable to Access Adobe XD on Enterprise Account
Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding an issue with accessing Adobe XD on my enterprise account.
Despite having an active license through my company’s enterprise plan (the account was created a few days ago), I am currently unable to see or download Adobe XD. It does not appear in the Creative Cloud desktop app, and when I try to download it directly from the Adobe website, I receive a message stating that I am "not eligible to install this app."
I have already contacted my company’s IT support, and they have confirmed that my license is active. However, the issue persists. I have attempted the following steps without success:
Logged in and out of my Adobe account
Tried on multiple computers
Waited more than 24 hours for license propagation
Attempted to install via direct Adobe XD link
None of these efforts have resolved the issue. At this point, I am unable to proceed with essential work tasks that require Adobe XD, and I urgently need help to resolve this problem.
Please let me know what steps can be taken to fix this, or if any further information is required from my side.
