Unable to access config page for Adobe XD add-on in Jira

The configure page for Adobe XD is greyed out and not accessible in Jira. Due to this we are unable to add/remove projects in Jira.

    Hi Harshika,

     

    Thanks for the response.

    As you said, we have posted our issue with https://forums.creativeclouddeveloper.com/ but they responded as "This forum is for development of plugins, not support. I’m asking internally for the best place to ask this type of question." Then we sumitted our issue with https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSftRDFEXHniFe-XK9w5nRaFK2PLyKQeEOpkVu-PcDqY4V4M6w/viewform

    But we didn't get any reponse from here.

    Can you please help here, any other platform is there Jira Adobe XD plugin support.
