    Sorry to hear about the trouble. If you have an Enterprise license, please log a ticket using this link. If this is happening with individual licenses, please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of OS.
    2. A screenshot of the About XD info page. You go to the XD menu and click on About XD.
    3. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?

    My team has been having the same issue for the past week.

    The same thing happened with us starting yesterday, late morning. We've been using the libraries for months now and suddenly they can't load. We have an enterprise account and all of our users are experiencing the same issue. Tried the instrucions here with no success.
