Unable to change the XD language from Chinese to English with enterprise account

After I downloading Adobe XD via a Creative Cloud app and lanuching it, a pops up says that "You are entitled to use xd in simplified chinese" and I am unavailabe to change the language setting to English. I have an enterprise account associated with my college in Canada. 

 

I've tried all solutions posted in https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams-discussions/design-xd-changed-to-chinese-and-language-setting-is-unavailable-greyed-out/td-p/10900855 including checking the region on the adobe account webpage, language setting of my creative cloud app, and the language on my laptop, but seem unable to fix the problem. Could anyone help me to switch my country code from China to Canada?
