Unable to configure projects and issue types in Jira Adobe XD

We have installed plugin "Adobe XD" in Jira Production and tried to configure projects but configure screen in disabled state. But its working fine in test-environment

Thank you for your response!

We are working with AdobeXD addon on Atlassian Jira Server. How can I share Adobe ID and didn't find any where in AdobeXD plugin but I can see app key as "adobe-xd-jira". Please find the Aattachment of disabled configure screen
