Unable to copy image from my pc to adobe xd

Hey !!

I am trying to copy and paste from my PC to adobe xd but it does not work also I have tried uninstalling everything but it looks the same for the past 5 days please help me out 

 

I think the problem is the xd itself because I am able to copy and paste in paint 3d, Figma, etc.

What type of image is it? If you think that the problem is with xd, please try to do fresh installation. Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation issues
