Unable to create link in XD getting error something went wrong

everything is working fine except my share link option. tried for both presentation view,design view . Still stuck at 50%. here are the pics

Hi @RickyRawnak,

 

We are sorry to hear you are unable to create links in XD. We would like to know if it's happening with all files or with a  specific file. Please check your internet connection. Have you tried signing out of Xd, Creative Cloud Desktop, restart the machine, and then signing back in?

Yes its happening with all files. I checked my internet connection, its fine. I even logged out ,uninstalled and reinstalled back. Did everything you asked to do. Still its happening
