unable to create new project on XD

Question

Hi,I can't create new project due to crash error report window.When I fill in the report and press button send, it's opening program file and further doing nothing.Will attach the screenshots of both. Everything started with updating my XD and the got program crash several times. Now its not opening new doc.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I'd request if you can share a few more details like:

Please share the .dmp file with us. You can click on my name and then click on send a message to send it through a private message. You can add the file to cloud storage and share the link.
Please collect system log and share with us by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
Could you please login to the Hidden Admin account (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfbMs3w-Z3s&t=53s). Check how the application works there.
