Unable to create public link in Adobe XD because of error 44:76

Question

I recently finished a project in Adobe XD, Version:51.0.12.6 x64. When I tried to create a public link to this project, I keep getting error 44:76.

I did troubleshooting which included:

• Restarting my computer

• Uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe XD

• Minimized the number of artboards on my project

• Used cable connection on my computer instead of Wi-Fi

I did this about 20 times and it still didn't work...I keep getting error 44:76.

Is there a way to stop getting errors. I just want to create a link I can share with others.

Hi Harshika, thank you very much for reaching out to me regarding this matter.

I just wanted to let you know that this issue has been resolved when I upgraded my internet to 1GB speed. It seems that Adobe XD version 51.0.12.6 and above will only created clickable prototype links when the internet speed is super-fast!

Have you tried opening the file on a different machine and see if that works?
