Unable to create shape using Pen tool, Adobe XD 51.0.12

When I put the first point with pen tool the tool automatically change to cursor and its impossible to continue the shape

Thank you for reaching out. I'll try to help you with this. I'll share the procedure and you can tell me if you're following it as it is.

 

  • Select Pen tool.
  • Click on Artboard.
    (Pen tool changes to selection tool if it is over an anchor point) 
  • Move the cursor away from the point and click where you need the next anchor point.

    I can do that because whe i put the first anchor point the tool automatically change to selection tool... I can solve that... Apparently the bug happens when the computer Is running out of hard drive space. Anyway thank you for the help.

    I have exactly the same problem, but my hard drive has enough space... What else can I do about that?
