Unable to Create XD Link – Error 44:23

I’m currently facing an issue while trying to create a link in Adobe XD for my application. Every time I attempt to generate the link, I receive the following error:

“Something went wrong. Error 44:23”

I’m working on an office-provided laptop with Adobe Creative Cloud installed through our enterprise license. I’ve tried restarting XD and checking the network connection, but the issue still persists.
Could you please help me understand the cause of this error and suggest how to resolve it?

I have had the same issue after converting a 'Personal Profile' account over to my new company account at the urging of Adobe reps... I have saved a local file of my old (working) cloud file, then added back to my new company profile cloud files. Neither of the new files are able to successfully create a link.

Created a new simple file with a couple of prototype links - no problem.
Tried a few different settings under the Share menus - still get the 44:23 error code

Whew! I Found a workaround for my file!
After creating a duplicate file thru Save As, I deleted about half of my artboards. Then attempted the create the link thru the Share menu - success! THEN went back to the Design tab and Command-Z'd to get my artboards back. Then updated the Share link - success again!

in my case, this UI design had nearly 200 artboards that I had prototyped. it was not dense in imported assets, it was a lot of repeated buttons and text changes. so while perhaps complex in the number of screens and prototype connections, it was not heavy in assets. perhaps just establishing that new shareable link on a simpler file, then updating the link got the app over the glitch.
