Unable to download Adobe XD file from web, error 'Download Failed'

Dear XD, 

 

I have issue to download XD file from the cloud and get below message. 

 

Anyone can help please.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files? Have you tried a different browser? Please try resetting the browser and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.

    Hi Rishabh, 

     

    I have downloaded the file via Save option. But I will try to download it again via assets.adobe.com again later with different browser.
