unable to download and update xd in window 10

i can not install and update xd in my laptop. I did download other software they work fine but xd got proble.

In addition to what Italo has asked, I would like to you check if your system meets the minimum requirements to install XD from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/hk_en/xd/user-guide.html/hk_en/xd/system-requirements.ug.html and we will take it from there.
