Unable to download free Adobe XD Membership from Google

Hi!

I earned a free 9-month membership to Adobe XD from Google, through Coursera.

I cannot download it and keep receiving the message "APO codes not available for this product".

I contacted Google and they sent me a link to your help page. 

I will post the steps I followed to the download link and a screenshot of the error message.

I received my voucher 8/3/22 via email (gmail) at 4:50 pm.
The path taken to redeem the voucher is as follows: 
  • Opened "Claim Your Reward" Email from Coursera
  • Clicked  blue "Claim Your Reward" Button within email. That opened a window to my Coursera account/messages screen
  • I clicked on the message that read "View Your Reward"
  • A pop-up appeared with a blue button reading "Claim Your Reward", I clicked that.
  • It opened a new window from Adobe Partner Offer Redemptions
  • I clicked the "select" button next to 9 month Adobe XD membership. The screen did not change except for a message reading "APO codes not available for this product"
  • This was the only error message that appeared.
