Unable to drag and drop assets on shapes and also on repeat grids

I'm using Adobe XD: 40.0.22, and Windows 10,

1st. I opened the assets folder by pressing Ctrl + Shift + I,

2nd. Then I selected the images.

After that when I move images on top of grid it showing disable mouse pointer please help.

Hi Themujahidkhan,
with the CTRL + SHIFT + I, you can import an image into the document, but you cannot drag it. If you want to drag images into a shape or into repeatable grids, you need to open the folder containing your images outside the software.
