Unable to drag and drop components

Question

I have created components with different states (hover, active etc.) and when I try to drag and rearrange/reorder them like other assets, I am unable to. This happens in this specific instance - When I have multiple components stacked/arranged one below the other in layers panel, I can only move one asset only to the top of this stack. I cant seem to move a component between two components or below another component.

Sorry that you're unable to arrange components, would you be able to share a GIF/short video that can explain what you are trying to do? Please ensure that you're not dragging 1 component within another one.
