Unable to drag and drop the images into Adobe XD.

Please tell me, such a problem arose associated with just dragging and dropping the picture in the "Adobe XD". Suddenly the program took pictures by dragging and dropping.
I reloaded the program, reinstalled it, I don’t know how it turned out.

Please tell me how to bat?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble dragging the images into XD. Would you mind confirming if you're able to import the images into XD? You can import, but then the picture is not edited, it is impossible to adjust it to the desired size
