Question

Unable to drag components from libraries

Since the last update 49.0.12 I can't drag any components from libraries published in the cloud to an artboard.

I have tried the solutions listed here without success https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html
Has anyone faced the problem before?

Thanks for any help.

As nobody at Adobe seems to be interested in the problem, here is the solution I found

    1. Open the library file containing your components
    2. Select the components, right click and Fit Bounds to Content
    3. Update the library

The components are now accessible again by drag and drop

Thank you for the solution. That seems to do the trick.

@Adobe Although this works as a workaround, we have huge design systems with hundreds of components and cannot go through them one by one. Please provide a fix for this

Same problem here after updating to XD 49.0.12.14. Components cannot be dragged from the library onto artboard. Only works with newly created components. All components that were created previously cannot be dragged and as a workaround require manual copy and paste from the original document.

    Update

If I  create a new component in my library, I can drag it in the artboard in another document from the published library.

I have the exact same problem since the latest update to 49.0.12.

The huge library I mostly use isn't working anymore. Adding new components to the old library or creating a new one works but as you might guess - this is no solution.
