Unable to enter text in Adobe XD

Please I have a serious problem with Adobe XD, I'm unable to enter text into my project,  XD isn't even allowing me to rename components nor specific size of anything that involves text. At first I thought it was my keyboard driver so I checked my driver's and it's (the driver) up to date. I then uninstalled Adobe XD and reinstalled but  still encountering the same experience as before. So pathetic!! Hope I can get solution on this.😞

Win 11.

Thanks for the support.

I tried the Adobe Creative cloud cleaner, it works but after sometime it went back to the same state...

So what i did was to execute this command in the command Prompt: c:\Windows\System32\ctfmon.exe

Here is some info that can help. May be it can be a virus.

 

Ctfmon.exe manages ALT technologies. It launches the language bar in the system tray when the operating system starts, and runs in the background even after closing all programs of the Microsoft Office suite, regardless of whether Office XP programs were launched.

The Ctfmon.exe program activates the Alternate Data Input component's text input processor and the Microsoft Office Language Bar. The program monitors active windows and provides support for keyboard, translation, speech and handwriting recognition, and other alternative data input technologies. Removing Ctfmon.exe is not recommended because it can cause problems with Microsoft Office programs.

The Ctfmon.exe file is always located in C:\Windows\System32. If this file is found in any other directory, it must be deleted immediately. Many viruses are currently known (eg W32.Snow.A, Spyware.UltraKeylogger, Trojan.Satiloler and others) that use the Ctfmon.exe name to hide their presence in the system.
