Unable to export file from XD to Zeplin

Hi Team,

I am trying to export files from XD to Zeplin but its landing to zeplin there is no popup showing to "Select a project" and nothing happening. I have updated latest versions for XD and Zeplin both

Kindly help me out.

    Thanks for confirming, Netra. Netra this seems more of a plugin issue since you have already tried basic troubleshooting without any joy, I'd recommend connecting with Zeplin support directly. I am leaving this discussion open, in case if you need any further assistance.

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please confirm if you are getting the option to export to Zeplin under export menu? If no, please try the suggestion shared here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/zeplin-export-won-t-show-in-adobe-xd/m-p/9675628#M5052

     

    If you are getting the option to export to Zeplin and still it's not working, please try re-install Zeplin and check if that helps or not.

     

    If it still doesn't work, please share a small video of what exactly is happening at your end, we'll try our best to help you with it.

      Thanks for the response, 

       

      Yes I am able to see File> Export> zeplin option from menu. but when I used to click on it its going to Zeplin window and nothing happening I mean not showing up "Select a project popup".

      and I have already reinstalled Zeplin again.
