Unable to export photos in Adobe XD

Hi, I have downloaded Adobe XD recently, but I couldn't export my photos. However, when I saved it in local file and send to others, it can be exported, just failed to export in my computer. Is there any settings that I need to switch or anything I can do to fix this? Or do I need to purchase in order to export?

The version of XD and OS.
Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
Are you getting any error while exporting? What exactly happens when you try to export?
Are you trying to export it as JPEG or PNG?

Thank you for your reply.
1. I downloaded the latest version of Adobe XD on windows 10.
2. It is happening to one file currency as I just started using it.
3. It just says that there is an error exporting the file.
4. I am trying to export it in JPEG format.
