Unable to export XD files created with XD 49 version to Zeplin, error "Adobe XD CC not running"

After XD update, is there any way to fix the error that zeplin cannot be exported? Please help me.

 

After automatic update (latest), zeplin export error occurs.

 

Files created after the update receive an error, files created before the update do not receive an error. Why? Even reinstalling zeplin gives the same error. Even after installing an older version of XD and updating it again, the error occurs. Please tell me the solution.

 

And the shutdown phenomenon while using XD is too bad. please improve

Hi @payment5EA9 ,

I actually had the same error, so I contacted the Zeplin crew as well for more information on this. It seems that for export I was using the path File > Export > Zeplin and got the same error you mentioned every time I tried. However, the Zeplin crew suggested to use Plugins > Zeplin for XD > Export Selected, instead. This fixed it for me.

    Sorry for the delay in response. Could you please share the version of XD and Zeplin installed on your machine? Please also share the details of your operating system. 

     

    Please try installing the previous version of XD and check if the issue occurs at the last version or just on this current version of XD.

     

    Does that only happen with the files created with XD 49 version? Is it possible for you to share the file with me over a private message so that we can look at our end?

     

    If yes, please add the file to a shared location such as CC or Dropbox and share the URL with me over a private message.
