Unable to Find my XD file on CC

I had created three prototype flows in my Adobe XD file. I created these prototypes a week ago. I have the link to the prototypes, but I am unable to find the file in 'Your Files' or 'Creative Cloud.' Please help me locate my XD file

@AKD-- by any chance you have two accounts? I have two different accounts, one for work and one for personnel. So, if I am doing something for work and I save it on the cloud, sometimes, I would clear my history and cache and am logged out. And not thinking, I would log into my other account, realizing that I logged into the wrong account.

Hello, I don't have any other account. I am using the same account. Even I can see I am the owner of that particular File from the prototype link , but I am unable to access the file

@AKD-- I would clear the web browser history, cache and cookies. If you can, I would also clear the application cache too if you can. I am on a 'MAC', and I would have to go to Library - Cache - and remove the cache by deleting it and clearing the recycle bin.

Once you do the web browser and application clearing, try logging back into your adobe cc account to see if you can access the files.

Part of me thinks if the link is still working, then it might be syncing issue. This is why you should clear the history, acache and cookies. Then try signing out and signing back in to your Adobe account. Do a search on cloud with the xdc extension and maybe on your computer, xd extension
