Unable to generate or update a link on Windows 11

I'm unable to generate a link for my prototype on Windows. I can confidently say it is not the problem with my ISP as it works as expected on my Mac. I was facing this issue for a long time only on Windows. Somewhere in Jan the issue seemed to be fixed as I was able to generate the links and update my prototypes from Windows. Since yesterday I've started noticing the issue again. I haven't used XD for a while. 
From what I have noticed, the last few updates have broken the functionality again.

Now, every time I've to generate or update, I've to go to Mac and do it. I'm not so much comfortable with Mac. I'm planning to get rid of Mac soon as it serves me no other purpose. But if this problem persist with windows then I think I'll have to give up on XD.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a screenshot of the About XD info page under the help menu? And also, I'd request that you can try the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/3SYLwB2.

    Sorry for the delay, actually I had to get my project migrated to Figma due to urgency. 
    Almost a week ago, I tried generating an XD link, and to my surprise, it worked fine. But again when I opened it today and tried the same, booooom!! same error !!.

    After, I checked XD was updated approx 6 days ago from today. I updated every Adobe app I'm using, through Creative Cloud. I made sure everything was up to date. I even restarted my PC and did everything I could with my knowledge and yet couldn't get rid of that error.
    Then I tried creating link from Mac, and not to my surprise it just worked. I mean what's going on with your Windows Version of XD ?

    I've to use VPN and set the country to the US to see my assets :


    I don't understand why there are so many issues with Adobe products and services.  I didn't find these issues with other similar category products ever, where syncing or generating links etc are concerned. And WHY customers are being asked to troubleshoot. All they can do is keep the software up to date. When the problem is clearly on your end. It is not fair to pay a fortune to Adobe and to have this experience.

    No other updates are pending to perform in the Creative Cloud App.
    This needs to be resolved ASAP or We will FORCED to migrate to some other reliable services.
