Unable to import images from desktop to artboard

I'm unable toimport images from my desktop to the XD artboard, why?

I could do that before but no more, keeps giving me an error mesage

If issue is happening consistently , could you please provide the details to subedi@adobe.com so we can look into the issue and solve it as sson as possible.

1. Share the image of Error 

2. Is it happening with specific image or all ? If specific, could you please share the image and its size.

3. Share the Adobe xd logs
