Unable to Install Adobe XD

My Windows System details

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H1
OS build 19043.1110
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0

 

The error message I see is 

Update Required

You must update your system to Install XD. Please check the following

-Windows 10(64 bit) - version 1803(build 10.017134)

 

I am unable to reach Adobe support or find any related documents. Any help will be much appreciated.
