Unable to install plugin in Adobe XD on Windows 10.

I am on Win 10. When I try to install a plug-in, the loading icon just spins No error messages. If I exit the app and reopen, the install button appears again.

 

Also, the help button does not do anything. Clicking it does not open a new panel or bring me to a web page.

 

I just started with XD 3 days ago and have tried installing plug-ins since then.

I've also had this issue, tried reinstalling XD and CC, but nothing seems to work. Even tried repairing CC too.
