Unable to install the latest version of Adobe XD

Whenever I try to open a shared file, I get the following message “This was saved with a newer version of Adobe XD. Please update Adobe XD to open it.” When I click on 'update now' it takes me the creative cloud app, and all my apps are up to date. the newest update doesn't show up, and I can't manually access it either.

 

I’ve tried the following:

Restarting my computer

Relaunching the Creative Cloud app

Signing out and into my creative cloud account

Uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe XD

Uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud app

Uninstalling and reinstalling everything that has to do with Adobe

Using the Adobe Cleaner tool

Manually checking for updates

Deleted the required file from the OOBE folder

I'm having the same problem. Some coworkers have a newer version of XD yet I do not see an update. I've also tried all of the steps above. Until this is solved, I can no longer open any cloud XD files shared across my team.
