Unable to install XD and getting error MSVCP140.dll

I tried to install Adobe XD, but it is returning the error "required component VCRUNTIME140.dll"


After "installing" Creative Cloud, I couldn't open Adobe Acrobat DC anymore, and it's returning error "required component MSVCP140.dll"

What's happening with this program? how can I fix this?

We are sorry to hear you are unable to install XD. Would you mind trying to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app using the CC Cleaner tool and then launch XD from the Creative Cloud desktop app?

NOTES: I tried uninstalling everything, installing vc_redist and reinstalling the programs but it didn't solve the problem that Creative Cloud caused
