Unable to install XD, getting compatibility error

Question

It says my computer is incompatible to install XD and shows this error:

You must update your system to install XD. Please check the following:

-Windows 10 Creators Update (64-bit) - Version 1709 (build 10.0.16299)

Whereas my computer is upgraded to Windows 1909.

Since I cannot make any change in the driver so please look into this issue and suggest.

Hi Rishabh,

I am once more facing this compatibility issue with XD. I have tried deselecting the "Run this program in compatibility mode for" option, but somehow the issue still persists an it's not letting me install XD.
