Unable to install XD on windows 11 machine.

I have the latest windows 11 and recently I tried to launch Adobe XD but was able to do so. Following on I could not update thinking it will fix the issue but there was no improvement. I followed suggestions to uninstall and install it again but now I can't even install it back. My other adobe software worked perfectly and updated normally.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you are unable to install XD. It looks like you're on Enterprise Subscription. Could you please confirm from where you are trying to install XD? From the Creative Cloud Desktop app or Directly?

 

Are you getting any error messages while trying to install XD? If yes, please share the screenshot. 

 

You may try using the cleaner tool to uninstall and reinstall XD.

here is the error log. This is relatively pc and I installed all my software from the creative cloud app
