Unable to invite - field disabled

I am unable to invite my team to update the design. Attached is the screenshot. I have a license for Adobe for Teams. Can you please check why this field is disabled.

Apologize for the delay in response. If you are still experiencing the issue, we would request you to please connect with our enterprise team by initiating a chat with them using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.cc.html

If you are an admin then you can initiate a chat from the admin console, if not then contact your admin and ask them to create a case or start chat thru the admin console.
