Unable to live preview on my oneplus 7p (win10+android)

I checked the forum. I changed the USB mode to MTP and I can see there is an MTP device in the WIN10 device setting window.

But, there is no response at all. And I also tried to close all win10 app and android app first, connect the USB, reopen the win10 xd then the android app. Still, nothing happened.

Please help.

I read it. But my case is I don't use any Apple device. So, do you mean WIN10+Android is not supported? I can open the cloud file on android without a problem. But I want live preview.

Yes the Live preview doesn't work with android and windows machine. However, you can open the cloud documents on your XD mobile app as mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/xd/user-guide.html/ca/xd/help/preview-mobile.ug.html
